To register and maintain a valid Account on tip4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Verification: tip4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily will be suspended and any Funds may be withheld pending resolution. For players aged 21 and above only.
Account registration requires the submission of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of all account information and to promptly update any details that change. tip4d may require additional verification documents (KYC) at its sole discretion, including but not limited to a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), Driver's License, Passport, and proof of residential address dated within 3 months.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your Account. tip4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately via our 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend any Account pending a security investigation.
Each Player is permitted to maintain only one Account. In the event that duplicate Accounts are identified — whether sharing the same name, address, email, IP address, device fingerprint, or payment method — tip4d reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any related bets or transactions, and forfeit any Bonus Funds associated with those Accounts. Real-money Funds will be returned to the Player following completion of a KYC review.
tip4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and approved cryptocurrency methods including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT). All MYR transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. tip4d does not store full payment card details on its servers.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, wherever technically possible. Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must complete KYC verification to the satisfaction of our compliance team. The primary operating currency of tip4d is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). All game results, betting outcomes, bonuses, and account balances are denominated in MYR unless a specific cryptocurrency is selected. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the Player.

tip4d reserves the right to void any bonus, associated winnings, or Account balance where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements; collusion with other Players to exploit promotions; or any other conduct that tip4d determines to be an attempt to gain an unfair advantage.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified at the time of the offer will expire and be automatically removed from the Player's Account. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tip4d, its directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether tip4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall tip4d's total cumulative liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tip4d makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability, and tip4d is not liable for any losses incurred during such periods.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money Funds held in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds and any amounts subject to an active investigation) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method used for deposit, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
